This community is my attempt to do something that matters.
Teach Love. We educate people about he benefits of a plant based diet.
Being Vegan or Vegetarian doesn't mean you have a list of rules you must follow or some code you must adhere to. Being Vegan is F-U-N. It's joyful. It's inspiring to wake up every day and be greeted by the universe with peace and compassion.
This is how we're having fun and making a difference for animals at VegHaven.org.

Our Community Matters
Imagine is all the money MySpace made went o help animals.
- We now have over 1,000 members. Just the simple act of creating a profile at our site makes a difference! It generates traffic which results in more advertising revenue form Google. 100% goes to help animals.
- We offer chat sesions and trainings with well known people in www.VegYak.org
- We are an example of compassion and inspiring others. People are changing from meat eater to Vegetarian and from Vegetarian to Vegan every day because of our community. I get emails every day!
- We're making friends that support us in living a compassionate lifestyle and sharing ideas that help us all maintain a compassionate diet. The definition of the word haven is refuge.
Making Money & Helping Animals
All proceeds go to non profit activities - View our #1 Fundraiser
- 100% of the money generated form this site goes to projects our members help decide.
- Google ad revenue goes to a no kill shelter this month and this first donation is being doubled by Sean's group.
- Advertisers have approached us to pay for text as next to the google text ads and have offered more than google!
- Members have donated distributorships in Network Marketing companies that are already making money. One in a Tea Company and another in The Balance Company. This is resudal income for our non profit activities! Look for their ads mixed in with the Google ad links.
- We'll be buying donation boxes to put our in communities around America. members will help collect the money in there area. [Learn More]
- A Cafe Press store with Tee shirts and mugs will l generate money for animals. Any graphic artist want o donate design work? Please post ideas in the forum.

Definition of our name Veg Haven
Veg = Includes both Vegans and Vegetarians
Haven = Defined in the dictionary as a refuge, protection or shelter, as in safe from danger or hardship. A place providing protection or shelter. A source of help, relief, or comfort in times of trouble.
Wow isn't that what we are? A place of help, comfort and support?

I know more people will consider going veg because of this site.
