I wanted to let you know how insulted I was by this comment on page 111 of the Jan/Feb issue: "Beyond steaks, Niman Ranch turns out lamb, pork, homemade, sausages, and bacon that could tempt even the most devoted vegan to venture over to the dark side." The author obviously knows nothing about veganism, which isn't just about not liking meat.
