- About Me:
- I'm a long-time vegetarian and share this with most of my family. I believe there is a fine line between vegetarian and the environment and try to encourage people to use products that fit into both categories (i.e.; pleather is plastic, I will prefer to use cotton or canvas). I also don't really go for "fake" meats and instead concentrate on whole foods. Other than that, I like to cook, garden, hike, and the other usual stuff you do when you live in Oregon!
